deer track acres. Deer Track Acres was once where the richer residents of Islara resided, Now, the towering willows, with their tendrils dragging the ground, with grass that surprisingly isnt as high as it is in other areas, constant shade keeping the grass short in most places throughout the development. Being Islaras gated community, the houses where the humans once lived are all in fairly nice condition. Most are made up of stone, brick, and high quality siding, most of which has been deteriorated, a covered by vines and moss. Windows are broken, and old cars can still be found in the driveways of most of the houses. Almost all have white privacy fences, separating the square yards from each other. The once perfectly manicured yards, and gardens are still there, though just wilder, the grass still thick and lush, though slowly starting to lose that human touch appearance that it had when it was tended to by humans. Here, you can find just about anything in the houses. |

kennedy district. The Kennedy District is what most would call a housing development. Belonging mostly to members of the middle class, the houses in the Kennedy District were once mostly made of brick and white vinyl siding, with an garage and a drive way. Most cars are still in the driveways, surrounded by grass that has managed to push its way up through the pavement. Oak trees can be found here and there, along with some Japanese Maples, cherry trees, and Dog Woods. A white fence surrounds the entire development, allowing the only way in to be the actual entrance, though if you can jump, or go under the fence you can get in just about anywhere. Most places in the Kennedy District are open for exploration, and open to the imagination. |

clearview park. Clearview Park is the better of the two trailer parks in Islara. The houses here are still standing, their structures sturdy enough to hold up to most anything that could be thrown at them over the years. The roads are paved, and the trailers sit on cement slabs, most of which have cracked, and deteriorated, allowing grass to grow up in the cracks, and all but dropping the trailers that they hold up. Most of the lots have wooden fences, many even having dog houses out back. The trailers are fairly easy to get into, most of the door frames having been rusted to a point where they crack if you put enough pressure on them. Like in many places, everything is slowly going back to its wild origins, making the old trailer park both dangerous and exciting. |

mountain creek park. Out of the two trailer parks that are part of Islara's residential area, Mountain Creek isnt the best condition wise. Even in its hay day the trailer park wasnt the best of places. It consisted of many of the poorer residents of Islara, many of whom lived with in Mountain Creek being either drug users, or dealers. The other seventy percent were normal people, simply living on the lower end of things. Most of the trailers here have slumped down, some are losing their floors, and most have lost their doors, or the doors are swung wide open on their hinges. Weeds and vines have all but taken over the place, rusted cars sitting abandoned on their parking spots. Snakes can be found easily, so beware. Many have died from their poisonous bites. |
